چکیده

Dolutegravir, cabotegravir, and bictegravir are three integrase inhibitors, which were used for HIV-1 in the clinic. In this paper, a continuous three-step synthetic strategy was developed to prepare dolutegravir, better yield, compared initial step-by-step procedure. Different solvents, temperature, times optimized. course of industrial production active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), protocol has several advantages, including low cost, time-saving, yield. This process successfully scaled up tens grams.

New synthetic approaches to prepare degradable polymers

This thesis is concerned with the synthesis of acid labile co-polymers. Two polymer systems were examined (1) polyacetals and (2) poly(ortho esters). As for poly(ortho esters), there is a need for better synthetic methods to prepare these polymers more easily without the need of stringent anhydrous conditions, with more broad structural variation, and in a more cost effective manner. Pendent fu...

Dendronization: A Useful Synthetic Strategy to Prepare Multifunctional Materials

Dendronization is a synthetic methodology that offers important advantages. The resulting products, which are called dendronized materials, present new and specific properties. This review shows numerous examples in which individual dendrons are used as building blocks to prepare more complex arrays via covalent or non-covalent interactions. In particular, it points out how the structural infor...

Three‐step procedure for preparation of pure Bacillus altitudinis ribonuclease

Ribonucleases are considered as promising tools for anticancer treatment due to their selective cytotoxicity against tumor cells. We investigated a new RNase from Bacillus altitudinis termed BALNASE (B. altitudinis RNase). Balnase is a close homolog of the well-known cytotoxic binase, differing by only one amino acid residue: nonpolar hydrophobic alanine at position 106 in the balnase molecule ...
